We provide you with the average pay in the candidate's country in addition to all other relevant information so you can make an informed decision and then you're free to set their pay as you deem reasonable. Should you decide to hire them through WeRebase, we charge a fee depending on the type of contract signed.

For an employment contract we bill 199€ per month. And for an internship contract it's 99€ per internship (regardless of its duration).

Employment contract example: Say you're hiring a candidate from Nigeria. In Nigeria the income tax rate ranges from 7% to 24%. For thesimplicity' sake let's say it's at 10%. With this information at hand you set the candidate's net pay to 600€. This means that you are going to be paying 859€ = 600€ (candidate's net salary) + 60€ (10% of 600€) + 199€ (our monthly fee).

Internship contract example: Say you're hiring a candidate from Tunisia. In Tunisia, taxes do not apply for internships. So you decide to pay the intern 101€ at the end of their internship. This means thatyou'll be paying 200€ = 101€ (the intern's pay) + 99€ (our one-time fee)

Yes. Upon the completion of the candidate’s internship, you’ll be prompted for what you’d like to do next: you can hire them (either through WeRebase or on your own), extend their internship or confirm its end date.

Yes. Fundamentally, our hiring service is meant to help you hire the candidate faster. So it's totally up to you whether you use our hiring service or not.
