Advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace

Sep. 2022

The workforce has become more global, mobile, and diverse. Remote work has become the norm in a lot of companies and startups around the world. It opens up many doors for workers around the world to access opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable to them.

With remote work, your location doesn't limit you anymore! You can still access many opportunities, apply and be selected by companies around the world to join their team.

Reducing inequality of opportunity.

Reducing inequality of opportunity is a fundamental component of our mission and culture.

Ensuring that everyone has the same opportunities to succeed, regardless of race, gender, or location, is core to our values and the essence of who we are as a company.

We've been vocal advocates for equality in opportunities and the workplace.

We know that giving people the opportunity to succeed at something they love is what drives us all, and we've built our company around that idea. That's why it's so important for us to figure out ways we can provide more opportunities for everyone.

Creating more liberty, trust and equity in the way we work and live.

We all know how important diversity is in today's workforce.

It leads to better problem solving, more innovative solutions, and most importantly, it leads to a happier workplace.  As companies start to realize that remote workers are productive, happy and engaged, there will be more opportunities for employees who want to work remotely.

Companies that allow you to work from anywhere in the world are also more likely to hire people from all backgrounds and countries since they don't have to worry about relocation costs or logistics.

As a company that wants to make a positive impact on the world, we feel deeply about the importance of creating an inclusive culture that encourages everyone's contributions.

We implemented services that support job seekers throughout their journey and encourage remote opportunities which gives access to candidates from underrepresented communities who might otherwise not apply or consider the opportunity.

More inclusive companies are better places to work.

They are more innovative and effective in their decision-making, more attractive to employees, and more productive at work.

And as a result, they have stronger reputations as places to work, which in turn makes it easier for them to attract top talent.

Reducing inequality of opportunity is a fundamental component of our mission and culture.

At the end of the day, what we want is to work in an environment where we feel like we are valued and respected.
